We are often asked if dahlias grown from cuttings produce tubers the first season. This photo of dahlia clumps was sent to us by a customer who planted their Corralitos Gardens cuttings in May and dug them in December. The trays are 16" nursey flats.
It looks as though these dahlias will yield plenty of tubers to divide and replant in the spring!
